Questions
About the price
Why is the Inhold pilot paid?
A paid pilot tells both of us the stalled deal is real. The $5,000 is credited in full to your first year.
What counts as a deployment?
One install of Inhold in one of your customers' cloud accounts. A hospital system with one account is one deployment.
Does Inhold charge per agent call or per seat?
No. Inhold is designed to run in your customer's account and send us nothing, so we could not meter calls even if we wanted to.
Can we run Inhold's open core without paying?
Yes. The core service, MCP server and demo are Apache-2.0 licensed, public on GitHub from 9 Nov 2026.
